Outside Sales Representative – Residential

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Self-motivated with excellent time management skills
- Effective listening and communication skills; good grammar, voice, and diction
- Ability to analyze and solve problems effectively

- Understanding of effective selling and closing strategies and techniques
- Comfortable initiating customer contact and asking for their business and referrals

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Acquire hands-on experience with our products and services during the first month of training
- Engage and educate customers about our processes, instilling confidence
- Recommend moving services and products based on cost, availability, and customer specifications
- Communicate move details to the Project Coordination team to ensure a smooth customer experience
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, providing consistent follow-up
- Develop a personal book of business to generate referrals
- Set clear expectations for customers and maximize the sale of additional services
- Work both independently and collaboratively within a team
