2. What You’ll Do
- Collaborate in planning and directing night shift operations to ensure seamless distribution center activities.
- Motivate and lead your team to maintain high morale and work standards, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Support training initiatives and manage employee performance to maximize team potential.
- Control expenses and work towards reducing employee turnover and overtime hours.
- Ensure all warehouse equipment and vehicles are well-maintained, and uphold exceptional housekeeping standards.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local company policies in all warehouse operations.
- Other duties may be assigned as needed to meet Company goals.
