Rep One Stop Tier 1 Phone CSR

Position Summary : The role involves supporting McKesson's Medical-Surgical business by managing sales representative relationships. Responsibilities include handling customer service related to sales, promotions, installations, and communication and working with our back office teams . The position requires resolving customer claims, product orders, and complaints efficiently. Additional duties involve assisting in developing initiatives to inform and educate sales.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage inbound order-taking calls and perform order entry.
• Research and process customer credits for returns and damages.
• Follow procedures for hazardous materials and compliance guidelines.
• Respond to sales inquiries about products, pricing, and back-order reports.
• Provide sales documents and samples.
• Manage customer and product data and coordinate with cross-functional departments.
