THE JOB :
As an Apprentice Bartender, you will be responsible for assisting the bartender and maintain the appearance of the bar. You will also set the stage for guest experience with your welcoming smile and service. By understanding their unique stories and needs, you will own their experience to create WOW memories they will carry with them far and beyond their stay with us.
THE STARTING RATE :
15.71 hourly plus tips
THE DAY-TO-DAY :
- Help the Bartender : Assist with making drinks, mixing ingredients, and adding garnishes.
- Keep the Bar Clean : Make sure the bar area looks good, stays sanitized, and is tidy.
- Stock Up : Ensure there's enough alcohol, mixers, glasses, ice, and supplies in the work area.
- Set Up Supplies : Label, organize, and deliver drinks, glasses, and other essentials where needed.
- Clean Equipment : Wash tools, polish glasses, and make sure equipment is in good working condition.
- Opening and Closing : Follow procedures to prepare the bar for opening or close it down after a shift.
- Provide Excellent Service : Be attentive to guest needs and answer their questions professionally.
- Handle Complaints : Resolve guest issues when possible, or escalate them to a manager or security if needed.

Pay Rate
The starting rate for this role is :
16.84
This is a tip eligible position.
Should overtime be worked, employees are paid overtime pay in accordance with state requirements.
