The Day To Day
- Oversee designated operations across various beverage outlets, aligning with the department's strategic goals and vision for excellence
- Direct a smooth, efficient, and cost-effective operation, including labor management, supervision of all aspects of services, scheduling, and inventory control
- Manage delivery and measurement of guest service consistent with the company’s core service standards and brand attributes
- Offer guidance and support to beverage staff, ensuring efficient scheduling and optimal team performance
- Advise management on daily operational challenges, providing recommendations to enhance efficiency and service.
- 2 years of experience working in a food or beverage supervisory role
- Experience working in a similar resort setting
- Experience managing employees using a Collective Bargaining Agreement
- Flexibility to work graveyard shifts as well as weekends and holidays
