The Job

As a Banquets Bar Porter at Park MGM, you are essential to ensuring seamless beverage operations and an exceptional guest experience. Your responsibilities include restocking glassware, condiments, beer, paper products, and other essentials to maintain efficient service. By keeping the bar environment impeccably clean and organized, you contribute to creating memorable moments for our guests and elevating the overall bar experience.

THE STARTING RATE: $23.8793

The Day-to-day

• Keep beverage outlets fully stocked with glassware, condiments, packaged drinks, and other essentials
• Maintain spotless beverage areas, including equipment, tools, and workspaces. Clean refrigerators, countertops, and floors to ensure sanitary conditions
• Complete bar transfers, wet and dry stock deliveries, and inventory tracking
• Handle the setup and breakdown of portable bars in designated areas
• Keep pump rooms, storage areas, and warehouses neat and organized. Notify management about non-stock items when necessary
  
  

The Ideal Candidate

• Six months experience working in Food & Beverage industry
• Six months of experience as bar porter
• Ability to multi‐task and work well in a fast paced, team‐oriented environment
