The Day-to-day
- Guest Interaction & Professionalism: Smile and warmly greet guests and hotel staff, maintaining a positive and polished demeanor. Provide assistance in a professional manner to create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Attitude & Appearance: Uphold a positive attitude, outgoing personality, and professional appearance, reflecting the property’s core service standards and brand attributes.
- Service Excellence: Offer a high level of guest service guided by company and property guidelines, aiming to create defining moments at every opportunity.
- Luggage & Delivery Services: Collect, transport, deliver, and store luggage or guest items. Assist with group deliveries, group baggage, and various amenities as needed.
- Property Orientation: Guide guests to their rooms and familiarize them with property features, ensuring they feel informed and comfortable.
- Documentation & Tickets: Complete all relevant documentation, tickets, and bell-related forms accurately and efficiently.
- Phone Assistance: Manage inbound and outbound calls for information, services, and deliveries, ensuring guest requests are handled promptly.
- Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays
- Experience in a similar hotel/resort setting
- 6 Months of Prior Relevant Experience in Guest Service
