The Day-to-day
- Ensure that the Receptionist area is clean and presentable for all incoming guests
- Provide individualized experiences by engaging with guests and personalizing recommendations to promote services, enhancements, upgrades and retail products
- Assist guests in the booking of spa services, and use of sauna, steam, whirlpools, and other spa amenities
- Create exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting guests with questions, ensuring professional and courteous behavior
- Manage cash bank daily, retain knowledge of spa and salon software system
- Maintain knowledge and adherence to all departmental policies and procedures including safety and sanitation policies
- Must be a minimum of 18 years of age
- Currently holds or is able to obtain a Food Handler’s Card
