THE JOB:
As a Busperson, your primary responsibility is to maintain the entire restaurant, including the dining room, storerooms, food pick-up area, and beverage station, according to established cleanliness and stock standards. Your role is key to delivering unforgettable experiences that leave lasting memories long after their stay.
THE STARTING RATE: $14.1983 hourly
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Support cocktail servers in delivering excellent guest service.
Set up tables with polished silverware, glassware, linens, and condiments.
Clear and reset tables quickly and thoroughly between guests.
Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including chairs, tables, and floors.
Refill beverages like water, coffee, soft drinks, and filling ice.
Communicate with servers, hosts, and management to keep table flow efficient.
Assist with other tasks as needed to support the team.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Must be 21 years old or older.
Enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-focused environment
Pays strong attention to detail.
Is proactive and eager to help wherever needed.
Has strong communication and multitasking skills.
Can remain calm and positive under pressure.
