THE STARTING RATE: $12 hourly
The Day-to-day
- Deliver a seamless and professional experience by assisting with cabana arrivals/departures and walk-ins
- Answer any questions your cabana guests may ask about offerings at the pool and inside the hotel
- Work closely with VIP services and beverage team to ensure guests are receiving the highest level of service possible Ensures all areas are clean and in compliance with the department, company, and Health District policies.
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
- Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Previous experience in a guest services role
- Strong customer service skills
