The Job
The Cage Supervisor is responsible for ensuring operations align with company policies and procedures. Additionally, they support the Cage Shift Manager with various management-related tasks.
The Day-to-day
- Oversee and participate in Cage and Credit operations, ensuring count accuracy and compliance with gaming regulations.
- Review all transactions over $2,500 to confirm accuracy.
- Prepare and submit shift-end and 24-hour period reports.
- Ensure timely submission of reports and documentation to Accounting.
- Administer disciplinary actions for shift personnel as needed.
- Manage attendance records and vacation schedules.
- Assist Hosts and Upper Management with high-profile player payouts.
- Strong understanding of fraud prevention and credit scams.
- Proficient in fast and accurate cash handling.
- Skilled in effectively delegating tasks to team members.
- Exceptional customer service abilities.
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in cashiering, casino credit, or main bank operations (required).
- Educational background in Hospitality, Business Administration, or Finance is preferred but not required.
