THE STARTING RATE: $14.1047 hourly, plus tips
The Day-to-day
- Efficiently and accurately take and serve drinks in pool area
- Place orders, garnish, and serve cocktails to guests
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of menu items, liquor brands, beers, and non-alcoholic beverages
- Be well-versed in hotel services, features, local attractions, and activities to accurately address guest inquiries
- Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- 1 year prior experience as a cocktail and/or food & beverage server, preferably in a resort or pool environment.
- In-depth knowledge of various liquors, spirits, wines, and cocktails, with the ability to recommend and serve beverages that enhance the guest experience.
- Strong customer service background, with the ability to create personalized experiences and address guest needs promptly and professionally.
- Comfortable with working in outside weather conditions.
