THE JOB:
As a Compensation Partner, you’ll be at the forefront of data-driven decision-making, providing strategic insights and recommendations to support our world-class gaming, entertainment, and hospitality business. You’ll work closely with corporate and property leaders, ensuring our compensation programs align with business goals while maintaining compliance with federal and state laws.
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Analyze financial and employee data to develop compensation recommendations using advanced Excel skills.
Partner with leaders across properties and corporate teams to provide strategic guidance on compensation-related matters, including job analysis, market trends, and salary structures.
Advise management on compensation best practices, policies, FLSA regulations, and collective bargaining agreements.
Develop and present insights, reports, and recommendations in a clear and compelling way.
Support key compensation programs, including Merit, MIP, AGI, and union wage adjustments.
Ensure accuracy in compensation-related business processes and maintain up-to-date HR system data.
Act as a trusted advisor to leadership, helping them navigate compensation decisions and communication strategies.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
3 years of compensation or human resources experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Excellent ability to interpret large data sets and develop actionable insights.
Strong Excel skills (macros, pivot tables, charts/graphs) and experience leveraging HR information systems.
Ability to translate complex data into simple, impactful messaging for various audiences.
Proven ability to work cross-functionally and adapt to changing business needs.
