THE JOB:
As a Concierge at The Cosmopolitan, you will set the stage for guest experience with your welcoming smile and service. By understanding their unique stories and needs, you will own their experience to create WOW moments and memories they will carry with them far beyond their stay with us.
THE STARTING RATE: $19 per hour
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Promptly and professionally handle guest requests via phone, in person, text, or email while actively promoting, upselling, and cross-selling MGM Resorts venues, including amenities, rooms, restaurants, shows, cabanas, retail outlets, MGM Rewards, casino events, and property promotions.
Address and resolve guest concerns efficiently, using proactive problem-solving to anticipate, assess, and mitigate potential challenges.
Serve as a brand ambassador by building strong relationships and professionally representing MGM Resorts when interacting with guests and vendors.
Efficiently multitask across up to 26 operating systems simultaneously to accurately fulfill guest requests.
Stay informed on citywide events and hospitality offerings while building a professional network within the industry to enhance guest experiences.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of policies and procedures for various venues and departments to effectively facilitate reservations and bookings.
Assist with guest check-in and check-out as needed.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
1 Years of Prior Relevant Experience working in a similar resort setting.
Knowledge of LMS or similar system.
Bilingual a plus.
