THE JOB
As a Cook for Conventions & Banquets at Bellagio, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional culinary experiences for our diverse array of events. From preparing intricate dishes to supporting high-volume service, your skills and dedication will contribute to seamless event execution. Whether it's a corporate luncheon or a grand banquet, you will be part of a team that creates unforgettable dining moments.
THE STARTING RATE:$25.7806
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
- Prepare and execute dishes for a variety of cuisines, ensuring exceptional taste and presentation.
- Support high-volume service during conventions and events, maintaining efficiency and precision.
- Properly label, date, and organize food products to uphold safety and sanitation standards.
- Maintain solid knowledge of menu offerings, including base sauces, stocks, and soups.
- Safely operate and maintain kitchen equipment, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure seamless service and meet event timelines.
- Restock kitchen supplies and maintain organized workstations to support smooth operations.
- Communicate effectively with the team and leadership to address guest needs and inquiries.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older
