THE JOB:
As a Cook at Scarpetta, you'll play a starring role in creating unforgettable dining experiences for our guests by presenting them with WOW moments. This is an opportunity to bring your culinary expertise to a setting that values precision, skill, and creativity. This is an on-call position.
THE STARTING RATE:
- 27.7916 per hour
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
- Prepare and execute dining menu items with precision and consistency.
- Work a variety of cook stations from sauteing to grilling orders.
- Create certain dishes from scratch such as the fresh pastas and sauces.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment while ensuring all dishes meet our high-quality standards.
- Collaborate with the culinary team and leadership to create memorable dining experiences.
- Maintain solid knowledge of food products and skillfully apply culinary techniques.
- Restock kitchen supplies and food items required for service.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
- Prior experience working in a high-volume production or fine dining restaurant within a culinary role is a bonus.
