THE JOB :
Crowd Control Specialist will act as a visual deterrent, intervene, and respond to all levels of security and potential emergency needs including acts or threats of violence, emergencies, and life safety threats within our nightlife venues. This position will also monitor and control ingress and egress to our nightlife venues.
THE STARTING RATE : 21.00 per hour
THE SCHEDULE :
6pm-230 / 3am Flexible primarily on weekends
THE DAY-TO-DAY :
- Keep the venue safe by escorting disruptive guests or employees if needed.
- Manage the flow of people entering the restaurant, bar, and lounge.
- Watch for and report any suspicious or problematic behavior.
- Follow all state and federal laws while enforcing hotel and venue rules.
- Handle emergencies like fires, medical incidents, or criminal activity.
- Monitor and interact with guests to prevent or address disorderly behavior.

Pay Range :
The starting rate for this role is :
21.00
Should overtime be worked, employees are paid overtime pay in accordance with state requirements.
