THE JOB

As a Table Games Dealer, you will be responsible for setting the stage for an excellent guest experience by dealing our guests their favorite games such as blackjack, roulette, poker, baccarat, and more. By understanding our guests' unique stories and needs, you will deliver WOW experiences that our guests will carry with them far and beyond their time with us.

THE STARTING RATE : $12.81 with direct tips

THE DAY-TO-DAY :

Skillfully deal a single casino game type such as blackjack, baccarat, roulette, craps, or poker
Ensure the integrity of game operations, meticulously overseeing transactions and adhering to casino procedure
Effectively communicate with management on any unnatural or irregular play and disputes on games
Work with a diverse team of enthusiastic people in a FUN and fast-paced environment to achieve company goals
Engage with guests by smiling and hearing their story as you properly deal, protect, and control one or more game type
Own the guest experience in any situation by using problem solving skills to WOW the guest

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE :

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent

Successfully complete a table games dealer training course

Previous experience as a table games dealer

Work varied shifts to include weekends, holidays, and evenings

Has a high energy, positive attitude, and likes to have fun while doing their best work

Can handle multiple tasks at one time

Displays excellent guest service skills as well as interpersonal skills
