THE JOB :
As a Digital Maintenance Game Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of technical operations, from the installation and maintenance of advanced streaming systems to the optimization of studio equipment. Additionally, you will mentor and develop your team of game technicians, ensuring adherence to operational standards while fostering a professional and collaborative environment that drives innovation and success.
THE DAY-TO-DAY :
- Lead the Team : Manage the hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and training of Digital Maintenance Technicians. Provide consistent coaching, feedback, and recognition to empower your team to achieve operational and customer service goals.
- Drive Operational Excellence : Create, implement, and communicate procedures to align with evolving business needs. Monitor workflows, assign tasks, and ensure adherence to service and operational standards.
- Ensure Technical Precision : Oversee the installation and maintenance of studio equipment, including video cameras, A / V systems, and network communication tools. Maintain regulatory compliance and uphold company standards in all technical operations.
- Problem-Solve in Real-Time : Monitor live streaming systems and Content Delivery Networks (CDNs), quickly diagnosing and resolving issues to minimize downtime. Provide actionable updates and insights to Studio Management to optimize performance.
- Innovate Proactively : Perform routine preventative maintenance and identify potential system vulnerabilities. Drive improvements and anticipate future needs to ensure the studio remains a leader in the industry.
- Collaboration : Be the liaison between the studio staff and the Play Tech management team. Also, be the main point of contact with our tech supplier and follow trouble shooting steps provided.
