The Job
As a Director of International Casino Marketing, you’ll play a key role in managing and growing our global customer base, creating unforgettable experiences for our guests, and making strategic business decisions to maximize profitability.
The Day-to-day
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with international casino guests, ensuring world-class service and personalized experiences.
- Assess casino activity to determine appropriate incentives, including accommodations, dining, event access, promotional chips, and airfare.
- Leverage systems like VIPR/AUTOCAB, OPERA, and PATRON to manage guest reservations and experiences.
- Make critical decisions regarding customer credit lines, allowances, and comps.
- Collaborate with Casino Marketing teams to drive engagement and enhance guest satisfaction.
- Attend high-profile events and special functions to strengthen relationships and promote brand loyalty.
- Ensure compliance with local laws, Title 31 regulations, and internal policies.
- Travel domestically or internationally to meet and engage with key customers.
- 3 years in casino marketing or a related field, with a proven ability to develop and manage a book of business.
- Fluency in Mandarin, Cantonese, Korean, Vietnamese, Hindi or other regional language.
- Willingness to work a variety of shifts and travel as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Eligible for an annual commission payout, based on performance and the successful development of customer relationships and business growth.
