The Day-to-day
- Consistently offer professional, friendly, and engaging service
- Provide direction and support to staff to achieve the highest cleanliness standards in the Casino, Public Areas, Offices and other required areas
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness by conducting consistent inspections of all public areas, offices, back-of-the-house, and Casino
- Conduct briefings, uphold policies and procedures, and ensure compliance
- Assist with various leadership functions to include scheduling, training, coaching, discipline, and inventory
- Must be a minimum of 21 years of age and currently hold a valid Nevada Driver's License
- Has a High School Diploma, GED or equivalent educational experience
- Ability to effectively use Microsoft Office applications
