THE JOB:
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional support and helping to drive the success of a global brand? MGM Resorts International is seeking a proactive and organized Executive Assistant to join our dynamic Latin America International Marketing team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a world-class team while providing high-level administrative assistance to the department head and team members.
As an Executive Assistant, you'll play a vital role in ensuring that everything runs smoothly by managing schedules, coordinating travel, conducting research, and handling special projects. Your dedication to excellence will support our global marketing efforts and help us maintain our guest service standards.
THE STARTING RATE: $25.90/hour
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Provide top-tier administrative support to the department head and marketing team.
Manage scheduling of meetings, appointments, and conference calls, ensuring all details are flawlessly organized.
Coordinate international and domestic travel, including air, hotel, and visa arrangements, while exercising independent judgment.
Screen incoming communications (calls, emails) and prioritize based on urgency and importance.
Prepare and type documents, including presentations, reports, and correspondence.
Maintain confidential information and help manage business contacts, ensuring the integrity of all data.
Reconcile and submit expenses for the department head and team, ensuring smooth financial processing.
Conduct research and handle special projects, contributing valuable insights to the team.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
High school diploma, GED or equivalent required.
Two (2) years of Executive Assistant or Administrative Assistant experience.
Prior exposure and proficiency with hospitality industry systems including, but not limited to: OPERA, PATRON, AUTOCAB
Fluency in English and Spanish, in both written and verbal forms preferred.
