The Day-to-day
- Use appropriate judgement to execute casino customer requests
- Assist in maintaining and developing property’s customer base through meeting and interacting with customers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clientele
- Ensure all guests receive personalized attention and service
- Anticipate and respond to guest needs and requests
- Evaluate customers’ casino activity to provide corresponding incentives and may have authorization to approve minimum amount of comps and allowances
- Maintain highly confidential customer information by enforcing the privacy of all guests and limits requests for information about such guests in accordance with company policies.
- Takes pride in their work
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ensures guest satisfaction through proactive problem-solving and attention to detail
- Demonstrates 1 years of prior relevant work experience in Casino Marketing
