The Day-to-day
- Greet and engage with guests, smiling and hearing their stories as you assist them with their reservations and/or sit them at their table.
- Consistently provide a positive guest experience by maintaining the appearance of the front-of-house area to company standards
- Assist food servers, bus persons, and food runners as it relates to guest contact and table information
- Takes pride in their work
- Experience with Open Table system
- Ability to take initiative
- Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with all business contacts
- Can handle multiple tasks at one time
