Fitness Centers
The Day-to-day
- Maintain a clean fitness center through the reorganization of weights, ensure all areas are well stocked with water, towels, and headphones
- Ensure fitness center presentability in alignment with luxury standards
- Uphold sanitation standards through routine disinfection of gym equipment and removal of soiled linen from dock as needed
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist guests with inquiries, requestions, concerns or guidance on proper use of equipment or workout questions
- Check guests in and out of fitness facility and complete requests and services promptly in the time allotted
- Provide individualized experiences by engaging with guests, and through towels, ice towels and beverage offerings
- Maintain knowledge and adherence to all departmental policies and procedures including safety and sanitation policies
- Must be a minimum of 18 years of age
- Currently holds or is able to obtain a Food Handler’s Card
- Has customer service experience in a front-facing role
