THE JOB:
The Pool General Manager provides guidance and leadership for the pool operations team, consistent
with the MGM Resorts brand. This role is responsible for leading the operations team in achieving the property's stated operational and financial goals, including managing labor and overall financial performance, while maintaining an engaging employee experience. By understanding their unique stories and needs, you will own their experience to create WOW memories they will carry with them far and beyond their stay with us.
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Responsible for employee engagement of the pool operations team, utilizing the tools provided through training, coaching, rewards, and development
Leads the implementation of policies, operating procedures, training programs, manual, directives, work schedules, rules and regulations for pool operations
Provides leadership and direction to maintain and improve the guest experience within the pool area, consistent with brand attributes and company service standards.
