The Job
As the General Manager at Sadelle's, you will oversee the daily operations, guest satisfaction, and financial performance of one of our premier dining venues. You will work closely with an established leadership team, including an Assistant Manager and Assistant General Manager, to drive operational excellence.
The Day-to-day
- Lead and oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including scheduling, inventory control, labor productivity, and guest service standards.
- Drive restaurant profitability by optimizing reservation channels, implementing marketing strategies, and executing business plans in collaboration with the Executive Chef.
- Ensure seamless execution of all company policies, pricing strategies, operating procedures, and training programs.
- Maintain the highest standards of health, sanitation, and cleanliness in all beverage and dining areas.
- Foster a positive work environment through hiring, training, coaching, and succession planning while ensuring compliance with company policies and employment laws.
- Engage with guests to enhance their dining experience, address concerns, and manage feedback channels effectively.
- Work closely with the culinary team to deliver exceptional service and uphold MGM Resorts’ renowned hospitality standards.
- At least 2 years of prior relevant experience.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
