THE JOB:
As the General Manager of The Chandler Bar at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, you’ll lead with innovation, elevate guest experiences, and drive operational excellence. You’ll oversee a high-performing team, implement service enhancements, and ensure top-tier beverage execution – all while maintaining a vibrant environment.
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Lead day-to-day bar operations aligned with departmental and brand strategies.
Champion exceptional guest service and ensure consistency with core service standards.
Monitor and manage budgets, forecasts, and P&L performance.
Analyze guest feedback (e.g., Yelp, TripAdvisor) to implement service improvements.
Partner with Security to ensure a safe, welcoming environment for guests and staff.
Execute HR responsibilities including hiring, training, scheduling, and compliance while driving revenue.
Foster strong union relationships and uphold collective bargaining agreements.
Resolve escalated guest or vendor concerns with appropriate solutions and service recovery.
Direct the entertainment strategy and atmosphere of the venue.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in Food & Beverage.
Prior relevant experience as a Senior Manager preferably in the hospitality industry, bar operations or nightlife operations.
