The Job
The Reservation Coordinator at Shadow Creek Golf Course is responsible for delivering administrative support to the department. This role ensures that all tasks are executed in alignment with the guest service standards and the policies, practices, and procedures of MGM Resorts International. A key focus of this position is providing exceptional customer service and creating WOW moments for our guests, ensuring an unforgettable experience.

The Job
The Reservation Coordinator at Shadow Creek Golf Course is responsible for delivering administrative support to the department. This role ensures that all tasks are executed in alignment with the guest service standards and the policies, practices, and procedures of MGM Resorts International. A key focus of this position is providing exceptional customer service and creating WOW moments for our guests, ensuring an unforgettable experience.
STARTING RATE: $17
The Day-to-day
- Deliver the highest level of customer service to all guests, ensuring a memorable and exceptional experience.
- Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls to the appropriate staff or department efficiently.
- Assist guests with scheduling tee times, limo reservations, and food and beverage requests, as well as booking, changing, or inquiring about reservations.
- Support Casino Marketing, Casino Hosts, VIP services, and Player’s Club across all properties with any reservations, bookings, or inquiries.
- Prepare customer invoices and process payments promptly and accurately.
- Preform other job-duties as requested.
- Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma, or equivalent.
- Experience in administrative work, including answering phones and using computers.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 products, (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Golf knowledge is a plus.
