THE JOB:

The Facilities Dispatcher at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas plays a key role in delivering outstanding service to both internal and external guests. Using strong communication and service skills, the Dispatcher supports guests, engineers, and other departments in meeting their goals and ensuring smooth operations across the property.

THE STARTING RATE:

• $21.00/hour

SCHEDULE REQUIRED:

• Graveyard | 11:00PM - 7:00AM (subject to change based on business needs)

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Manage and prioritize tasks within the computerized maintenance management system, effectively dispatching the maintenance team while consistently completing assigned administrative duties.

• Demonstrate strong judgment and multitasking abilities to meet the demands of a fast-paced environment, ensuring all requests and complaints are addressed promptly and followed up on to ensure guest satisfaction.

• Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department as needed.

• Anticipate and promptly respond to guest needs, acknowledging all guests, regardless of time or how busy the property is, while prioritizing guest requests and dispatches.

• Possess a strong understanding of departmental and hotel goals, staying informed on hotel information to effectively respond to guest inquiries and complete tasks with minimal supervision.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Able to work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays.

• Prior experience utilizing hospitality software (LMS, HotSOS) highly preferred.

• Ability to multi-task and maintain professionalism with high-volume calls and emails.
