THE JOB :
As a Host at BetMGM , you will be responsible for setting the stage for an excellent guest experience by greeting guests in a courteous, timely , and professional manner in our world-class Sportsbar . By understanding our guests' unique stories and needs, you will deliver WOW experiences that our guests will carry with them far and beyond their stay with us. This is a swing shift position.
THE STARTING RATE : $13.71 / HR
THE DAY-TO-DAY :
Greet and engage with guests, smiling and hearing their stories as you assist them with their reservations and / or sit them at their table.
Consistently provide a positive guest experience by maintaining the appearance of the front-of-house area to company standards
Assist food servers, bus persons, and food runners as it relates to guest contact and table information
