The Day-to-day
- Help manage HR data in key areas.
- Balance daily tasks, project deadlines, and urgent initiatives to ensure everything is done accurately and on time.
- Work with team leads to support performance management, internal communications, and community tasks.
- Assist in creating leadership presentations by gathering data, designing slides, and making sure the message aligns with company goals.
- Manage HR-related supplies and materials, keeping everything organized and available.
- Complete special projects assigned by the HR Director on time.
- Help organize team activities, meetings, and events.
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1 Years of Prior Relevant Experience in Human Resources
- Computer Proficiency
- Strong Critical Thinker
