THE STARTING RATE: $20.7781
The Day-to-day
- Oversee shifts across multiple locations, including two Starbucks and the deli, ensuring smooth operations.
- Deploy baristas to key stations and adjust as needed to maintain efficiency.
- Address guest concerns, resolve complaints, and handle voids or refunds using the POS system.
- Support the bar during peak times, operating equipment like espresso machines, nitro machines, and cold drip brewers.
- Pull revenue reports at the start and end of shifts and ensure accurate input.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked environment, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
- Foster a collaborative, positive work environment, addressing team challenges and managing strong personalities.
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older
- Supervisory or leadership experience, preferably in a coffee shop or fast-paced F&B setting. Experience as a “key holder” or similar role is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills, ability to manage high-volume operations, and adept at handling guest interactions and complaints professionally.
- Dependable, proactive, and adaptable with excellent communication skills. Able to navigate strong team dynamics and motivate staff.
