THE STARTING RATE : $41.52 an hour
THE DAY-TO-DAY :
Team Supervision & Coordination : Oversee and guide facilities technicians, ensuring work assignments are completed efficiently; review and close out work orders, and conduct daily site inspections to monitor progress and repair needs.
Equipment Maintenance & Monitoring : Identify and assess equipment that requires repairs, adjustments, or replacement, and ensure all maintenance tasks and logbook entries are up to date.
Work Area Organization : Ensure all equipment and work areas are maintained in a clean, organized, and safe condition at all times.
Continuous Learning & Development : Stay informed on current industry techniques, best practices, and technical methods to enhance team performance and service quality.
Safety & Accident Prevention : Monitor and enforce safety standards across the site, maintaining a proactive approach to accident prevention and ensuring a safe working environment for all personnel.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE :
Age Requirement : Candidates must be at least 21 years of age.
Education : A high school diploma, GED, or an equivalent qualification is required.
Experience : A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience as a maintenance engineer is required.
Availability : Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, is a must.
