THE JOB:
Asa Lead Retail Sales Associate, you are an essential part of guest experience. Your approachable, and personable demeanor, coupled with your dedication to provide delightful shopping experiences for guests will set the stage for the memories that they can carry with them well past their stay with us. By delivering top-notch guest experiences, and maintaining presentability and product stock levels, you play a crucial role in elevating the overall guest experience.
THE STARTING RATE:$19.50
THE SCHEDULE: Full Time
Hours of Operation:
Mon to Sun: 24 Hours

THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Cultivate premium guest experiences and maximize sales opportunitiesto achieve store goals
Oversee inventory management, including product counts, delivery accuracy, and restocking needs
Monitor product quality and expiration dates to ensure sales floor readiness
Assign daily tasks and support sales associates with questions or concerns
Follow all Retail, POS, and Cash Handling procedures with accuracy and professionalism
Maintain a safe and clean environment aligning with visual merchandising standards
Address guest concerns in a professional and courteous manner
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Must be a minimum of 21 years of age
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent educational experience
Currently holds or is willing to obtain an Alcohol Awareness Card and Food Handlers Card
