THE JOB :
As a Master Cook, you will be responsible for food preparation directed by Chef. You will also set the stage for guest experience with your welcoming smile and service. By understanding their unique stories and needs, you will own their experience to create WOW memories they will carry with them far and beyond their stay with us.
THE STARTING RATE :
20.89 starting hourly
THE DAY-TO-DAY :
- Follow expert guidance from our Chef and Sous Chefs to prepare and cook delicious dishes, ensuring perfect portion sizes, sauces, and garnishes every time.
- Master your workstation! You'll set up, follow precise guidelines, and run your station like a pro.
- Taste, smell, and evaluate dishes to ensure every plate meets our high standards of flavor and presentation.
- Be part of our customer experience success by handling orders efficiently and making sure everything is spot-on!
- Uphold safety standards by storing food properly and using thermometers to ensure temperatures are just right.
- Help close out each shift smoothly, completing end-of-day tasks as directed by our chefs.
- Take charge and delegate tasks to other team members when needed-teamwork makes the dream work!

Pay Rate
The typical pay for this role is :
20.89
Should overtime be worked, employees are paid overtime pay in accordance with state requirements.
