What are the responsibilities and job description for the Organization Effectiveness Partner position at MGM Resorts International?
The Organization Effectiveness Partner is responsible for providing a range of coordination services and support in executing Human Resources initiatives and priorities identified by the HR CoE. This position supports the execution of comprehensive strategies, initiatives, action plans, and processes to improve critical organizational performance in the areas of Employee Engagement, Recognition, Performance Management, and Talent Management. Directly assists in establishing and sustaining programs, tools, practices, and initiatives to improve the organization's ability to manage talent and deliver business results. Supports transformation and change that supports the organization's overall Human Resources strategy, objectives, and priorities.
- Supports the execution of Company-wide talent, engagement, recognition, and performance management initiatives by working collaboratively with the CoEs and property Human Resources teams. Supports the daily operation of key processes and initiatives within the CoE. Responsible for ensuring the quality of the tasks/services provided.
- Administers various systems and platforms used by the Talent Management/OE Center of Excellence including providing timely and accurate reports and responding to requests for data.
- Uses project management skills to manage work activities and timelines to facilitate the deployment and enhancements of core talent processes. Provides support and recommends new approaches to the CoE leadership team in process improvement initiatives to address business process gaps.
- Supports the CoE leaders with scheduling and coordinating meetings, including preparing agendas. Handles logistics for Talent Review meetings and other core processes as necessary.
- Completes Workday transactions and reporting as necessary.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- 1 Years of Prior Relevant Experience
