THE JOB :
Asa Pool Massage Therapist, you are an essential part of guest experience. Your approachable, and personable demeanor, coupled with your dedication to delivering exceptional services will set the stage for the memories that they can carry with them well past their stay with us. In a collaboration of team efforts, you will provide elevated guest experiences and ensure the seamless operation of the Spa.
THE STARTING RATE :
Commission-based pay, plus tips
THE SCHEDULE : On Call
Spa Hours of Operation
Monday to Sunday : 8 : 00 am to 6 : 00 pm
ARIA Spa and Salon
THE DAY-TO-DAY :
Cultivate premium guest experiences that promote guest retention, through the recommendation of service enhancements, upgrades, and promotion of retail products
Ensure alignment of departmental policies and procedures including safety and sanitation policies
Perform a range of services including Swedish, and Deep Tissue ensuring all services are concluded in allotted timeframes
Maintain a safe and clean environment, knowledge of all products, and familiarity with the latest trends and techniques to meet guest requests
Address any guest complaints or concerns in a professional, courteous manner
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE :
Must be a minimum of 21 years of age and currently holds a Nevada issued Massage Therapy License
Has a High School Diploma, GED or equivalent educational experience
Currently holds or is able to obtain both an Alcohol Awareness Card and Food Handlers Card
Can work effectively in various weather conditions
