THE JOB:
Asa Retail Sales Associate, you are an essential part of guest experience. Your approachable, and personable demeanor, coupled with your dedication to provide delightful shopping experiences for guests will set the stage for the memories that they can carry with them well past their stay with us. By delivering top-notch guest experiences, providing seamless checkouts, and maintaining presentability and product stock levels, you play a crucial role in elevating the overall guest experience.
THE STARTING RATE:$17
THE SCHEDULE: On Call
The Shoppes at Mandalay Place
Mon to Sun: 24 Hours

THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Cultivate premium guest experiences and maximize sales opportunities
Follow all Retail, POS, and Cash Handling procedures with accuracy and professionalism
Maintain a safe and clean environment aligning with visual merchandising standards
Sustain product availability
Report any opportunities for improvement to Retail Management
Address any guest complaints or concerns in a professional, courteous manner
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Must be a minimum of 21 years of age
Currently holds or is able to obtain an Alcohol Awareness Card
Has a flexible schedule and ability to work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidaysHas prior experience as a retail sales associate
Polished appearance and presentability
Bilingual
