The Day-to-day
- Oversee and lead assigned operational functions within the beverage department consistent with the strategic plan
- Oversee management, delivery, and measurement of guest service
- Provide input into the research, development, evaluation and implementation of new products, services, technology and processes
- Responsible for cost controls and necessary reporting requirements, including forecast reports, adherence to budget and Profit & Loss statements.
- Maintain a working relationship with unions; adherence to the company’s status quo third-party representation philosophy; compliance with company policies, legal requirements and collective bargaining agreements
- 6 years previous experience, including previous work as a General Manager in a high-volume hospitality, entertainment venue and/ or casino setting.
- Knowledge of Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBAs)
- Strong understanding of F&B operations, budgeting, P&L statements, labor costs, entertainment expenses, and overall operational costs
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
