The Day-to-day
- Greet and engage with guests, smiling, and hearing their stories as you complete transactions.
- Knowledgeable of selling techniques and service delivery of menu items of every course and both non and alcoholic beverages.
- Itemize bills correctly and efficiently secure payment within the Point of Sale (POS) registers.
- Maintain cleanliness and stock of assigned areas, side stations, tables and Point of Sale (POS) stations to company standards.
- Must be 18 years old or older.
- Knowledgeable of selling techniques and service delivery of menu items of every course and both non and alcoholic beverages.
- Comfortable working in an outdoor environment.
- Adapt to varying weather conditions and ensuring the same high level of service poolside.
- Looks forward to working with a team to provide positive experiences.
- Describes themselves as detail-oriented.
- Can handle multiple tasks at one time.
