The Day-to-day
- Overseeing the preparation, cooking, and presentation of dishes to maintain the highest standards of quality and consistency
- Collaborating with the Executive Room Chef to design and execute innovative and refined menus that showcase culinary excellence
- Contributing to menu development, incorporating seasonal ingredients, and staying alongside culinary trends to enhance the dining experience
- Leading and inspiring a team of culinary professionals to ensure seamless kitchen operations and uphold our commitment to excellence
- Working closely with the front-of-house staff to ensure a harmonious and synchronized dining experience for our guests
- Has a passion for Culinary
- Has proven experience as a supervisor in a high-volume casual or upscale restaurant setting
- Looks forward to working with a team to provide positive experiences
- Executes complex dishes with precision, paying meticulous attention to detail
- Thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, showcasing resilience and adaptability
- Demonstrates exceptional knowledge of culinary techniques, flavor profiles, and presentation
