The Day-to-day
- Assist with training, coaching, inventory, ordering, balancing appointment books and upholding departmental policies and operating procedures
- Provide leadership and direction to maintain and improve the guest experience consistent with the company’s service standards
- Ensure timely and professional resolution of any guest related challenges or concerns
- Provide individualized experiences by engaging with guests and personalizing recommendations to promote services, enhancements, upgrades and retail products
- Assist with operational support by providing coverage for attendants, or spa receptionists as needed
- Maintain knowledge and adherence to all departmental policies and procedures including safety and sanitation policies
- Must be a minimum of 18 years of age
- Currently holds or is able to obtain a Food Handler’s Card
- Is knowledgeable in Spa & Salon services and has a passion for wellness, and selfcare
- Has previous Spa & Salon leadership experience
