THE JOB:
A Specialty Bartender has passion for mixology, knowledge of craft cocktails, and the ability to provide an exceptional guest service.
THE STARTING RATE: $17.15
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
- Prepare and serve specialty cocktails, classic drinks, and other beverages with precision and flair.
- Develop unique, seasonally inspired cocktails that enhance the bar’s menu and brand.
- Engage with guests, provide recommendations, and ensure a memorable bar experience.
- Maintain an organized, clean, and fully stocked bar area.
- Uphold all alcohol service laws and ensure responsible beverage service.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- Two years of prior relevant experience in a bar or similar environment preferred
- Has basic knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- Can handle multiple tasks at one time
- Displays excellent customer service skills as well as interpersonal skills
