THE STARTING RATE: $22.00
The Day-to-day
- Create daily floor plans to ensure stations are covered and rotated properly.
- Review staffing, schedules, vacations, and attendance; coach staff on policies and procedures, conduct evaluations, and manage attendance records.
- Ensure cashiers follow correct procedures for check handling and closing.
- Delegate tasks to employees, supervise completion, and ensure timeliness and accuracy.
- Communicate with management, chefs, and staff to address guest or employee needs and issues.
- Update inventory forms, stock areas, and order supplies.
- Maintain communication with guests regarding special requests and large party reservations.
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
- 2 Years of Prior Relevant Supervisory Experience
- Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays
- Exceptional Customer Service Skills
- Computer Proficiency
