THE JOB:
As a VIP Lounge Representative, you will be responsible for warmly greeting patrons, verify their credentials, and assist them with checking in for their stay. You will play a vital role in our mission to own the guest’s experience and create WOW memories that they will carry with them far beyond their time with us.
STARTING RATE: $19.00/hour
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
- Engage with guests, addressing their queries and providing information about lounge amenities.
- Assist in making reservations for services like spa treatments, dining, or entertainment.
- Streamline the check-in and check-out process for VIP guests.
- Ensure a seamless experience by coordinating with front desk staff and maintaining excellent communication with guests.
- Verify the accuracy of charges and credits on guest bills.
- Cash Handling and Transaction Management:
- Collect payments from guests, handling both cash and credit transactions.
- Demonstrate responsibility in balancing cash and cash equivalents according to property procedures.
- Prepare the VIP lounge for the day by following department standards.
- Ensure all guest rooms are assigned and amenities are delivered.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- At least 18 years old.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Minimum 1 Year of guest service, front desk, or concierge experience.
- Familiarity with Opera.
- Proficiency in at least two languages (in addition to English) is highly desirable.
THE SCHEDULE: You may be scheduled a shift during the hours of operation below. This may be subject to change based on business needs.
- Thursday: 2pm – 12am
- Friday: 11am – 12am
- Saturday: 8am – 12am
- Sunday: 9am – 5pm
