The Day-to-day
- Accurately take and input VIP guest orders into the system, ensuring special requests are noted
- Communicate and coordinate with casino and hotel team members, VIP Services, Relationship Marketing and Casino Hosts as to the special needs of our VIP guests
- Stay well-informed and knowledgeable on all food and beverage menu items including ingredients, preparation methods, and presentation
- Deliver a personalized experience by anticipating and accommodating the guest’s preferences
- Address guest inquiries and resolve any concerns with professionalism and efficiency
- Consistently provide a positive guest experience by maintaining the appearance of the front-of-house area to comply with company standards
- Four years of prior relevant fine dining serving experience in an up-scale restaurant establishment preferred
- Work a part-time schedule where your work days will vary each week
- Has basic knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- Has a high energy, positive attitude, and likes to have fun while doing their best work
