PRIMARY PURPOSE:
The Workforce Management Clerk is responsible for owning the experience of internal customers related to scheduling and time off performing multiple administrative tasks including email, phone and face-to-face interactions. The employee scope includes staff as well as management and functions in a collaborative and supportive environment.
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Promote, develop, and maintain effective communication, interaction, and excellent relationship with internal customers, including ensuring their requirements are identified and consistently met
Promote an effective relationship between the department, the business unit, other corporate departments and to ensure effective operational processes
IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Six (6) months of Workday experience
One (1) year experience in Casino/ Hotel specific accounting/ audit/ administrative or clerical experience and/or equivalent
Proficient computer skills
