Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Service Manager to oversee and
optimize the operations of our electrical services team. The ideal candidate will have a
proven track record in managing field and office employees, analyzing performance
metrics, and driving success in a residential electrical services environment. This role
requires exceptional leadership, training, and sales skills to ensure both customer
satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Manage and train field technicians, CSR (Customer Service
Representatives), and office staff to achieve performance objectives and maintain
high service standards.
- Performance Analysis: Regularly review and analyze key performance indicators
(KPIs) and other data to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary
adjustments.
- Sales and Training: Leverage strong sales acumen to enhance revenue
opportunities, while training team members to effectively communicate and
promote services.
- Operations Management: Supervise and align dispatching and CSR activities with
company objectives, ensuring seamless coordination and adherence to standard
expectations.
- Employee Development: Foster a positive team culture through coaching,
mentoring, and addressing performance gaps proactively.
Qualifications:
- Prior management experience in the residential electrical services industry.
- Strong ability to train and manage both field and office employees to achieve
desired results.
- Proficiency in analyzing data and KPIs, with a strategic approach to driving
improvements.
- Demonstrated sales skills with the ability to train others in sales techniques.
- Experience in overseeing dispatching and CSR operations, aligning with company
goals.
