Client Service Representative - Entry Level

We’re seeking a committed Client Service Representative to join our expanding team and support our mission of driving positive change through partnerships with charitable organizations. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our Fundraising, Marketing, and Communications teams, handling donation processing, database management, and customer service to ensure a seamless experience for our donors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary contact for all external and internal fundraising inquiries
• Deliver exceptional customer care, ensuring timely acknowledgment and appreciation of new and departing donors
• Collaborate with management and communications teams to create and distribute accurate, engaging donor communications
• Assist in planning and logistics for fundraising and promotional events, providing on-the-day support
• Manage and maintain the donor database, offering training and support to ensure accuracy
• Support the fundraising team with data input, report generation, and data management to meet deadlines
• Stay updated on fundraising initiatives and industry news to bring fresh ideas
• Take ownership of your role, introducing new ideas to enhance our fundraising efforts

Requirements:

• Passion for fundraising and dedication to supporting a meaningful cause (prior experience a plus but not required)
